Effective 1st April 2010 to remove "street furniture" (boundary boxes) to cut out potential leakage, allowing wall mounted meter chambers (Groundbreaker) to be located on ANY elevation of a building
HBF (Home Builders Federation) Northern:
Announce that the consider wall mounted water meter chambers (Groundbreaker) to be "best all round option and value" for new services following announcement by United Utilities,
Anglian Water add Groundbreaker to the approved list
of materials and systems for domestic sprinklers,
